Continuous default in payment may lead to cancellation.
An administrative expense of ₹20,000 and the amount for extra work (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund in case of cancellation will be made within 30 days from the date of booking by a new client only.
In case of delay in water supply, light connection, or drainage work by AMC/TPL, the developers will not be held responsible.
The architect/developers reserve the right to revise the scheme or any details herein, and any such revision will be binding on all parties.
